In February of 2000 I purchased my 2000 Chevrolet Silverado Extended Cab 4WD Pickup Truck.  The following month I purchased the Mini 3 vehicle backup warning system.  I also purchased some additional items for my new pickup truck at a local auto accessory company.  The auto accessory company installed the items I'd purchased and they also installed my Mini 3 vehicle backup warning system for me as well.

The Mini 3 vehicle backup warning system has proven to be a genuinely worthwhile safety and accident avoidance addition to my truck.  Every time I put my truck into reverse gear, it again proves its value.  Literally hundreds of times as I have backed out of parking spots, the Mini 3 system has warned me of pedestrians, autos and other objects that were not readily visible to me through either my rearview or my outside mirrors.  The Mini 3 system has been particularly valuable in parking lots and high-rise parking garages where the lighting is insufficient to illuminate people or other parked vehicles behind my truck.
