The DRIVER ALERTTM

Micro 3, Micro 4, Micro 5 and Mini 3 Vehicle Reversing Aid and Backup Warning Systems manufactured by Poron International Ltd. are guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.  This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the system only.  If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the one year warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective system or component part, free of charge, upon C.B.S./Copperstate Business Services, Inc. receiving the manufacturers return authorization number, the defective component part(s) and proof of original purchase.  C.B.S./Copperstate Business Services, Inc. will only perform warranty installations on the systems that were installed by C.B.S./Copperstate Business Services, Inc.  In the event the purchaser installed the system, the defective component part(s) will be replaced.  Installation charges must be paid by the purchaser in the event the purchaser elects to have C.B.S./Copperstate Business Services, Inc. or their authorized affiliate perform installation of replacement part(s) that C.B.S./Copperstate Business Services, Inc. did not install originally.  To receive service under this warranty, please either contact C.B.S./Copperstate Business Services, Inc. or the Retail Facility you purchased your DRIVER ALERT Vehicle Reversing Aid and Backup Warning System from. 

The DRIVER ALERT Micro 3, Micro 4, Micro 5 and Mini 3 Vehicle Reversing Aid and Backup Warning Systems which are manufactured by Poron International, Ltd. are strictly devices to assist vehicle operators.  DRIVER ALERT should not be considered as a safety device for any purpose and the DRIVER ALERT systems are not to be considered as a substitute for driver responsibility when operating any kind of vehicle.  The manufacturer and distributor of the Poron Vehicle Reversing Aid and Backup Warning Systems do not guarantee or assume liability for collisions or damages that take place when backing up your vehicle.   Please always follow all applicable Federal, State and Local laws when backing up a vehicle. 

This warranty does not apply to defects caused by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, vandalism, modification, abuse, tampering or any other causes not related to a manufacturers defect in materials and/or workmanship.

The liability of the manufacturer and the distributor is limited solely to the repair or replacement of this product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may have other rights that vary from State to State.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION ON DAMAGES UNLESS CONSIDERED UNENFORCEABLE OR UNLAWFUL UNDER APPLICABLE LAW:

Neither the manufacturer nor it's distributors will be liable for any claims, actions, suit proceedings, costs, expenses, damages or liabilities arising out of the use of this product.  The sole undertaking of the manufacturer and it's distributors is limited to providing the product and services outlined herein in accordance with the terms of this agreement.  The provision of products sold and services provided to the Customer/Purchaser shall not be interpreted, construed or regarded, either expressly or implied, as being for the benefit of or creating any obligation toward, any third party or legal entity outside of the manufacturer, it's authorized distributors and the Customer/Purchaser.  The responsibility of the manufacturer and it's authorized distributors extends only to the Customer/Purchaser.

C.B.S./COPPERSTATE BUSINESS SERVICES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:  DAMAGE TO PURCHASERS VEHICLE, DAMAGE TO ANOTHER PERSON'S VEHICLE AND/OR PROPERTY, LOST INCOME, LOST REVENUE OR LOST PROFIT.  WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORSEEABLE OR NOT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARISE OUT OF A BREACH OF WARRANTY, A BREACH OF AGREEMENT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY.  THE PORON VEHICLE REVERSING AID SYSTEMS ARE NOT TO BE CONSIDERED A SUBSTITUTE FOR DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY WHEN OPERATING ANY KIND OF VEHICLE. 

All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. To receive service or replacement parts under this warranty, contact the Customer Service Department of C.B.S. / Copperstate Business Services, Inc. at (480) 614-2123 and request a MANUFACTURERS RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Upon receiving the manufacturers return authorization number, mail the defective component part(s), the manufacturers return authorization number and proof of purchase, postage paid,  (Mail received by C.B.S./Copperstate Business Services with postage due will be returned to sender) to:
